When you place an order, you are deemed to have accepted the latest version of the Terms posted at that time, except where a change in law must apply before fulfillment.

If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms, you should not use the Website.

To use this Website and place binding orders, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Be legally able to make payment using one of our accepted payment types.
• Be legally able to agree to these Terms and enter into binding orders.

The Website is for personal use only. Commercial usage is not permitted, and we reserve the right to decline orders where we suspect commercial usage.

When you place an order, subject to your rights to cancel or return the product(s), you commit to purchase the item described in that order at the stated price, including taxes and duties where applicable.

Orders are subject to our acceptance, which we may refuse at our discretion, including for ineligibility, inability to confirm payment authorization, suspected fraud, shipping restrictions, and stock availability.

The Website may include information about product availability to help estimate whether an item may be available when the order is placed.

We cannot guarantee that an item shown as available will remain available, as inventory may change significantly throughout the day.

In rare cases, a product may be available when you order but sold out when we process it. If this happens, we will notify you.

Your order may be acknowledged by email, but it is only confirmed when our team notifies you of product availability.

Prices on the Website are displayed in AED and include taxes, and may also be subject to additional duties and charges.

If you pay with a card denominated in another currency, your card issuer’s exchange rate at the time of payment will apply.

All products displayed on the Website constitute an invitation to offer. You agree to pay the full amount shown during checkout, including all related charges.

Although we make every effort to ensure prices are correct, errors may occur.

If a pricing or related error occurs after you place your order, whether processed or not, we may refuse or cancel the order in our sole discretion.

We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, and UAE debit cards.

Payment is taken at the time you place your order.

By entering payment details, you confirm that you are duly authorized to use those payment details.

We reserve the right to decline orders where we believe payments are unauthorized, the payment method is invalid, or you are not entitled to use the relevant payment type.

We will not make delivery until payment has been received, unless delivery is made concurrently against payment.

Delivery is normally approximately 3 working days for shipments within the UAE, and in any case not more than 30 working days after payment release.

You are responsible for shipping costs, VAT, and any other fees associated with delivery.

You have two delivery options:

• Standard delivery
• Express delivery

Any delivery dates quoted are approximate only and are not binding. Delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control, including production, shipment, or transportation issues.

Once the product is physically delivered to you, all responsibilities and risks relating to that product pass to you.

By placing an order through the Website, you acknowledge and agree that full liability for the product(s) rests with the manufacturer, and we carry no product liability for those items.

Your use of the Website and its contents does not grant you any copyright, design, trademark, or other intellectual property rights relating to the Website content, software, HTML, or code.

These Terms are published in English and Arabic. If there is any inconsistency between the English text and the Arabic text, the English text will apply.
